Oral Presentation
1. Basic Guidelines

Allocated Presentation Time: 10 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A
* Kindly check your presentation times as previously announced via E-mail.

Presentation Slides
- As for the aspect ratio of your presentation file (slides), a ratio of 16:9 is recommended. If you submit it at 4:3, both sides of the slide may look black.
- Presentation slides should be made in an MS Power point (2010 or newer version) file for smooth operation.
- Using the provided template is recommended, but not mandatory.
- Use a common font such as Arial, Times New Roman, etc.
2. Preview Room
- Location: Preview Room (B1F IDA Hall)

- All speakers are requested to visit the preview room no later than 2 hours before their session.
- Please bring your file on a USB flash drive.
- Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in our system
3. Equipment
- Session rooms will be equipped with a computer running Windows (not Mac), projector and microphone.
- Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).
- The Slide Note function (Presenter View mode) will be provided by default.
4. Before your Presentation
- Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
- Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
- You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
