Abstract Submission
The Organizing Committee of ICKSH 2027 cordially invites you to submit your abstracts. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and accepted abstracts will be selected for presentation as either Oral or Poster sessions.
Before submitting, please ensure you read and follow the abstract submission guidelines carefully.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
| Title | The first letter of each word in the title should be capitalized. The title must not exceed 30 words. |

| Author Information | Authors’ full first and family names should be provided. Affiliations should be listed in the following order: Department, Institution, Country. Degrees or professional titles (e.g., MD) should not be included after authors’ names. |
| Abstract Body | The abstract body should be organized into the following four sections in chronological order: Background/Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The abstract body must not exceed 500 words. |
| Keywords | Up to six keywords may be provided. The first letter of each keyword should be capitalized. |
| Tables and Images | A maximum of one table or image may be included. |
| Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) | The use of artificial intelligence (AI) or AI-assisted tools in the preparation of an abstract must be disclosed. If AI tools are used, authors must specify the tool(s) used and describe how they were used (e.g., language editing, data collection, or data analysis) in the submission form. AI or AI-assisted tools may not be listed as authors. Submission of abstracts containing data generated or falsified by AI is strictly prohibited. At the time of submission, the corresponding author must confirm that the abstract contains no AI-generated or falsified data and assumes full responsibility for any related issues or research misconduct. |
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors From January 8, 2027 (KST).
Withdrawal of abstracts
- If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by end of January 2027 (KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
- If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICKSH 2027 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible. (icksh@icksh.org)
